Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Hair Grafts Mexico ("we", "our", "us"). By booking any of our services, the client ("you") agrees to the following terms:

1. Plans and Services

We offer two service plans:

1.1 All-Inclusive Plan:
Includes:

• Roundtrip flight arrangements

• Ground transfers

• Hotel accommodation

• Online pre-assessment consultation

• Hair graft procedure performed by certified hair restoration doctors

• One post-procedure consultation within 2 days of treatment

1.2 Treatment-Only Plan:
Includes:

• Online pre-assessment consultation

• Hair graft procedure

• Post-procedure consultation within 2 days of treatment

• No travel or accommodation services

 

2. Payment Terms

• All-Inclusive Plan: Full payment is required upfront to confirm and secure bookings.

• Treatment-Only Plan: A 50% deposit is required at booking; the balance must be paid before the procedure date.

 

3. Cancellations and Refund Policy

• You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided that flights and hotel reservations have not yet been confirmed.

• After 24 hours or once bookings are confirmed, cancellations will receive a 50% refund.

• You may request to reschedule your service dates for a $200 USD administrative fee.

• No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment will not be eligible for refund.

 

4. Medical Disclaimer

Hair Grafts Mexico acts solely as a logistics and coordination service. We are not responsible for medical outcomes. However, we exclusively work with certified and trusted doctors who specialize in hair restoration.

5. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for:

• Flight delays, cancellations, or changes

• Lost or damaged luggage

• Hotel-related issues or dissatisfaction

• Medical complications before, during, or after the procedure

If travel disruptions occur, we will make every effort to reschedule your procedure in your best interest, subject to availability.

6. Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel and health insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. We can provide a trusted provider for insurance coverage upon request.

We do not assume responsibility for miscommunication through unauthorized channels.

 

8. Age Restriction

Services are only available to clients aged 21 and above. Valid identification may be required to confirm eligibility.

 

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from services provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue first through good-faith negotiation and mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be submitted to binding arbitration, to be conducted in English, in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Each party will bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. By using our services, you waive the right to participate in any class action or jury trial.
